Adge is a French sandstone prized for its warm beige and cream tones, which bring a soft, natural elegance to any project. Its fine to medium grain and subtle sedimentary layering create a quiet, uniform surface that works beautifully in both contemporary and traditional settings. Commonly used for facades, cladding, paving, and landscaping, Adge also suits interior flooring, wall cladding, and decorative features. It takes a range of finishes well, including honed, brushed, and sandblasted, while a natural cleft or split face enhances its rustic character. Marmi di Carrara supplies Adge in blocks, slabs of 2 or 3 cm thickness, and cut-to-size pieces, always providing photos of the actual slabs before purchase to ensure you select exactly the right material for your project.
