Admiralty Roach is a distinctive limestone quarried in the United Kingdom, known for its warm beige and cream palette. The stone displays an open, oolitic texture with a fine micrite matrix and a high concentration of fossil shells that create a characteristic roached surface. Its natural variability makes it ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as wall cladding, flooring, and feature panels. The stone works well in honed, brushed or lightly polished finishes that highlight its subtle veining and shell‑filled pores. Marmi di Carrara supplies Admiralty Roach in 2‑3 cm thick blocks and slabs, cut‑to‑size, and provides real‑time photographs of each slab before purchase.
