Ardósia DE Valongo is a high‑quality slate from Portugal, known for its deep blue to dark grey hues and fine, compact grain. The stone displays subtle schistous cleavage and a lepidoporphyroblastic texture, giving it a smooth, almost glassy appearance when polished. It is ideal for flooring, wall cladding, countertops, and decorative panels, especially in modern and contemporary design contexts. Marmi di Carrara supplies Ardósia DE Valongo in blocks and 2–3 cm slabs, offering cut‑to‑size services and photographic references of actual slabs before purchase. This ensures architects and designers receive accurate, reliable material for their projects.
