Cantera Negra is a versatile breccia quarried in Mexico, renowned for its striking multicolour palette that ranges from deep blacks to subtle greys and earthy tones. The stone features a coarse, angular grain with occasional veining that adds depth and visual interest, making it ideal for both contemporary and traditional design projects. Its robust composition lends itself to high-traffic floors, wall cladding, and striking countertops, while its natural texture responds beautifully to polished, honed, or brushed finishes. Marmi di Carrara supplies Cantera Negra in ready‑to‑install slabs of 2–3 cm thickness, custom‑cut blocks, and provides detailed photographs of actual slabs before purchase, ensuring architects and designers receive accurate representations of the stone’s appearance and quality.
