Chandolin is a natural limestone quarried in France, renowned for its striking red colour set against a subtle beige background. The stone presents a uniform grain with occasional soft veining that adds depth without overwhelming the dominant hue. Its warm palette makes Chandolin ideal for interior applications such as flooring, wall cladding, and countertops, as well as for exterior facades where a bold yet natural statement is desired. The limestone works well in honed, polished, or brushed finishes, allowing designers to tailor the surface to the project’s aesthetic. Marmi di Carrari supplies Chandolin in blocks and 2‑3 cm thick slabs, cut‑to‑size, with high‑resolution photos of actual slabs available before purchase.
