Cuarcita Roja is a distinctive Spanish quartzite that presents a clean, white aesthetic with a uniform, fine-grained texture. Although the trade name suggests red, this specific variety is valued for its bright, neutral tone, making it an excellent choice for modern architectural projects. Its high density and resistance to weathering make it ideal for both interior flooring and exterior cladding. Common finishes include polished, honed, and flamed surfaces to suit different design requirements. Marmi di Carrara supplies Cuarcita Roja in blocks, standard 2/3 cm slabs, and custom cut-to-size pieces. We provide detailed photographs of actual slabs to ensure transparency before purchase, allowing architects and designers to verify the natural variations of this Spanish quartzite.
