Abancado limestone, also known as Lioz or Lioz Abancado, is quarried in Portugal. The stone presents a warm beige and cream palette with a fine, homogeneous grain and subtle fossil veining that adds natural character. Its consistent texture makes it ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as flooring, wall cladding, bathroom vanity tops and outdoor paving. Polished, honed or brushed finishes all enhance its subtle elegance. Marmi di Carrara supplies Abancado in 2‑3 cm thick blocks and slabs, offering cut‑to‑size services and providing high‑resolution photos of the actual slabs before purchase.
