Austral Red is a vibrant red granite quarried in Spain, prized for its uniform deep‑red hue and fine‑grained texture. The stone displays a subtle speckled pattern of lighter feldspar crystals and occasional darker biotite inclusions, giving it a lively yet consistent appearance. Its durability and resistance to wear make it ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as flooring, wall cladding, countertops, and outdoor paving. Austral Red performs well in polished, honed or brushed finishes, depending on the design intent. Marmi di Carrara supplies Austral Red in robust blocks and 2‑3 cm thick slabs, offering cut‑to‑size services and real‑time photos of actual slabs before purchase.
