Cocciolato is a fine-grained limestone sourced from the quarries of Carrara, Italy, renowned for its subtle beige and cream palette. The stone displays a gentle, almost translucent quality with minimal veining, giving it a refined, understated elegance. Its fine grain makes it ideal for both interior and exterior applications, including flooring, wall cladding, countertops, and decorative panels. Cocciolato accepts a range of finishes—from polished to honed, and brushed—to suit architectural and design needs. Marmi di Carrara supplies this stone in large blocks, ready-to-cut slabs of 2–3 cm thickness, and offers custom cuts to exact dimensions, with photographs of actual slabs available before purchase.
