Courville Liais is a French limestone prized for its warm beige and cream tones and its fine, even grain. Quarried in France, this stone shows a soft, homogeneous background with delicate tonal variations rather than pronounced veining, giving interiors a calm, luminous character. Courville Liais is well suited to flooring, wall cladding, bathrooms, staircases and architectural details, in both classic and contemporary settings. Recommended finishes include honed, polished, brushed and sandblasted surfaces, depending on the desired effect and application. Marmi di Carrara supplies Courville Liais as blocks, slabs in 2 and 3 cm thicknesses and cut-to-size pieces, with photos of the actual slabs sent before purchase so buyers can select the exact material.
