Dourgne is a distinguished white marble originating from France, prized for its elegant and timeless aesthetic. This stone features a predominantly white background with delicate, subtle veining that adds depth without overwhelming the surface. The grain is generally fine, resulting in a smooth, refined appearance suitable for both modern and classical interiors. Architects and designers frequently specify Dourgne for flooring, wall cladding, countertops, and decorative elements where a bright, clean look is desired. It accepts various finishes, including polished, honed, and brushed, allowing for versatile design applications. Marmi di Carrara supplies Dourgne in blocks, slabs of 2 or 3 cm thickness, and cut-to-size pieces. We provide high-resolution photos of actual slabs to ensure you select the exact variation before purchase.
