Minnesota Travernelle is a brown limestone from the United States, appreciated for its warm, earthy character. The stone shows brown to pink tones crossed by soft veining and randomly sized travertine-like voids, giving surfaces a lively, natural texture reminiscent of classic travertine. These qualities make it suitable for wall cladding, flooring, bathroom surrounds, fireplaces and decorative interior elements in residential and hospitality projects. Depending on the desired effect, it can be supplied honed, polished or brushed, with voids filled or left open where a more rustic look is preferred. Marmi di Carrara supplies Minnesota Travernelle as blocks, slabs 2/3 cm and cut-to-size pieces, with photos of the actual slabs before purchase.
