Anta is a natural grey granite quarried in Portugal, known for its consistent colour and fine-grained appearance. The stone displays a subtle, homogeneous surface with occasional faint speckles that add depth without overwhelming the overall tone. Its durability and low porosity make Anta suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including flooring, wall cladding, countertops, and outdoor paving. Recommended finishes are polished for a sleek look or honed for a more subdued, slip‑resistant surface. Marmi di Carrara supplies Anta in blocks and 2‑3 cm thick slabs, offering cut‑to‑size services and providing photographs of actual slabs before purchase to ensure confidence in the selection.
