Grimsel Granit is a prestigious Swiss granite originating from the mountainous regions of Switzerland. It is celebrated for its distinctive grey tones, ranging from light ash to deep charcoal, often characterized by a homogeneous or slightly speckled appearance due to its interlocking mineral grains. This natural stone is highly valued in architecture for both interior and exterior applications, including cladding, flooring, countertops, and monumental works. Its robust nature makes it suitable for high-traffic areas. Compatible finishes include polished, honed, flamed, and brushed surfaces, which enhance its texture and visual depth. Marmi di Carrara srl supplies Grimsel Granit through a dedicated network, offering raw blocks, precise slabs in 2 cm and 3 cm thicknesses, and custom cut-to-size solutions. Customers can request photos of actual slabs prior to purchase to ensure consistency with their design vision. This Swiss stone combines aesthetic elegance with long-lasting performance.
