Pedras Salgadas is a distinguished granite from Portugal, recognized for its light grey hue and balanced medium grain. This stone features a hypidiomorphic granular texture with visible feldspar megacrystals, creating a sophisticated, speckled appearance that remains consistent across large surfaces. Its neutral tone makes Pedras Salgadas an excellent choice for modern architecture, including flooring, facades, and high-traffic commercial interiors. The material accepts various finishes, from polished to honed, allowing designers to adjust the visual depth and tactile quality. Marmi di Carrara supplies Pedras Salgadas in blocks, standard 2/3 cm slabs, and custom cut-to-size pieces. We provide high-resolution photos of actual slabs before purchase to ensure you select the exact shade and pattern required for your project.
