Petrographic description
Rose Del Salto is a Granite quarried in Argentina, catalogued in the Marmi di Carrara atlas under the international reference ICARGR00047. Its dominant tone is pink & rose.
Like every granite, it is supplied as raw blocks, gangsaw slabs in 2 and 3 cm and cut-to-size pieces made in our Carrara plants. Recommended finishes: polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, leathered. Typical applications: kitchen worktops, exterior cladding and paving, stairs, monuments, high-traffic floors.
Availability varies with the quarry campaigns: before quoting we check current stock, block sizes and the selection grade, and we send photos of the actual slabs. Price and transport are confirmed by our technical office within one working day.

Overview
Rose del Salto Granite is an imported pink granite with a crystalline grain. It is chosen for paving, cladding and worktops that require a warm shade combined with the durability of granite.
History and origin
It is an imported material, sold on the international market in the pink granite range. Pink granites are among the most widely used stones in construction for their combination of colour, weather resistance and ease of maintenance. The origin and characteristics of the lot are specified at the time of quotation. Marmi di Carrara supplies it on request.
Appearance
The pink background is formed by feldspars, with grey quartz and dark minerals distributed throughout. Grain and colour intensity may change from block to block. Polishing enhances its brilliance; flamed and bush-hammered finishes make it lighter and slip-resistant.
Uses
It is used for indoor and outdoor floors, façades, steps, thresholds and kitchen or bathroom worktops. It is also suitable for street furniture, thanks to its resistance to wear.
Care and maintenance
Neutral detergents for daily cleaning; a stain-proofing impregnating sealer is useful on worktops and outdoor surfaces exposed to oil or dirt. Avoid abrasive products on polished surfaces.
