Sienito DE Monchique is a Portuguese granite quarried in the Monchique region and marketed also as Cinzento Monchique or St. Louis. The stone displays a uniform grey background pierced by subtle reddish‑brown nepheline specks, giving it a refined, slightly speckled appearance. Its medium‑to‑coarse grain and consistent colour make it ideal for both interior and exterior applications such as flooring, wall cladding, countertops and outdoor paving. Suitable finishes range from polished for a sleek look to honed or brushed for a more natural feel. Marmi di Carrara supplies Sienito DE Monchique in blocks and 2‑3 cm thick slabs, cut‑to‑size, with real‑slab photographs available before purchase.
